How I Write Anime Love Stories and How You Can Too!
I have always been in awe of the transcultural dynamics of Manga and Anime, the latter coming from the former. Ingrained in Japanese culture and yet spanning out on a global level, this specific, recognisable and unique art is absolutely fascinating! So from a very young age I started creating my own Anime storylines and scripts. It should be worth noting that I have never had any of my stories actually made into anything, and they are just for personal creative outlet and fun! If you are looking to get something published or animated then it may be worth having a little look elsewhere! #1 Mood Boards are Life
I actually really love making Anime mood boards! Printing out photos of your favourite Anime characters, scenes and art is a really great way to gage your own inspiration! Plus you can make something super cool and fun too! The more creative the better. In order to create my own Anime characters, I sometime merge two very different ones together - both personality and looks - in order to create an entirely new and unique Anime character!
#2 Character Creation!
This is one of my favourite bits of Anime! When I was younger I would base my characters on people I know like close friends or role models. But now I am so much more creative with it! I give my characters powers and out of whack traits too. The wilder the better! I play around with their look to, giving them cool coloured hair and strange, unique features! It is super fun to draw them out, surrounding each character with a lexis connoting thair traits!
#3 Setting the Scene
I actually don't like the whole plan-everything-in-advance thing. I prefer to just let my mind and my creativity deploy its own innate narrative arc. So I start with setting the scene! Obviously, being more like screenwriting than writing a Manga book, this can be kept to a minimum. Usually, I try to visualise the scene by drawing a picture of it - I picked up some pretty great art supplies on the cheap using money off voucher codes - or even painting or collaging it! This really helps you visually gauge your story!
#3 Making flip books
I am not actually very good at graphic design, but boy can I make a flip book! Sometimes I create small books that, when I flip the pages, my characters walk along. This does take some time, and I often just opt for stick people, but visualising their movements is super fun!
#4 Getting friends to draw for you
I have a few friends who sure do know their way around a pen and pencil. Recently, I have been commissioning them to storyboard my narratives! This is a really great way to start bringing your cartoons to life! One day, I would love to create a feature length Anime movie, but until then, seeing my ideas storyboarded is super cool!
I love the participatory culture that Anime inspires, especially online, and I hope that my steps for creating my own Animes will help and inspire you to create your own!

30 Minute Fanfic: Motoko Kusanagi and Scrooge McDuck
It's been a while since I posted one of these! You know the rules of the game, I randomly select out of my lists of characters and locations, then use an online random scenario generator and set the timer for 30 minutes. This one was a bit of a challenge to concoct a reason for the two characters to meet, and I admittedly take Motoko quite a bit out of character :p

Scenario:
Scrooge frustrated by losing a board game or card game to Motoko.
"This is no way to get rich," griped Scrooge McDuck to his partner in this latest business venture.
"But let me tell ya, it's better than digging a ditch," his partner replied, with a steady voice that came over the stiff, expressionless lips on her face. She was leaned back precariously in her chair, feet up on the card table between them. "By the way..." she added, bringing herself to the table, "that's a full house." The cyborg woman turned her hand of cards to reveal them to McDuck.
The duck let loose his hand of cards, accented expletives, and no small amount of feathers as he flailed about in rage. "There's no way you're that lucky, Motoko," he said with a finger waved in her direction. "I don't care if you can calculate the probabilities of drawing different hands with yer fancy cyber brain, you must have cheated." Scrooge was at his wit's end. After accepting Major Kusanagi's business proposal to open a car wash for Neo Tokyo's flying cars, he had quickly realized that there was almost no customers, and the entire operation was a bust. "Just like you cheated me out of the down payment on this place!"
Motoko calmly sat her cards down on the table. "Scrooge, we've been over this." With elbows rested on the table, she closed her eyes and folded her hands in front of her face. "How was I supposed to know that 90% of the vehicles in the air were owned by the city and washed weekly by their own private contractor?"
"Because you work for the government, lass!" The duck's voice was rising steadily, and he was gaining a distinct red hue indicative of his rage.
Motoko opened her eyes and lowered her hands, revealing her pale countenance. "Do FBI agents know the stops on every post route?" Her rhetorical question was met with a foul glare from the water foul. "Why would I have that kind of information working for Sector 9?"
"Look, all I'm sayin' is that you're not going to swindle me out of everything I've poured into this place." He gestured to the pot Motoko had won with her previous hand. "I don't care how good ya are at cards, I'm keeping me gold, and suing you for all that you're worth." From somewhere behind his feathery rear he pulled a large sack and began to sweep the pile of coins and jewels into it. "Let's see how good Section 9's legal division really is!"
"Oh Scrooge," she raised up from her seat. "You have no idea how good they are, do you?" She took a step around the corner of the table. "Do you have any idea how many civilians have been taken out by the collateral damage from my missions? They can make anything go away." She paused and leaned her face up close to the duck's, which now hosted an expression of dread rather than rage. "Anything."
A great lump in Scrooge's throat sank with an exaggerated gulp, and as it reached the bottom of his neck an anvil strike rang out. "You, you're not going to do anything outrageous now, are ya?" McDuck began to back away slowly, his bag of riches still clutched tightly in his feather fingers. "We could probably settle this out of court, you know!"
The Major stayed all up in his biznass, backing him into a corner. "I know how you operate, McDuck. There's no way I would believe something like that." She lifted her head up, looking down her nose at the frightened bird. "But believe this, I'll be fixing duck tonight." In her head she realized how stupid that line was, because she doesn't even eat. Maybe Bato would like some.

CCC Guide Part 2
First some Strategies to get around the BB Slots,
The most annoying ones to get are(all last 10 turn)
the np or skill seal
20% attack down
20% of a random card type, either quick, arts or buster
20% np strength
20% np gain down
20% crit strength down
2% np gauge down per turn
and target focus
the rest are either minor, or stuff even i didnt get while playing
1. easiest way to get rid of it number 1, just not get afflicted, idk if i just got lucky or what but servants with a MR of higher than 15% usually tend to be guarded by it, as well as the usual miss
2. atlas suit, but that only really clear 1 target
3. plugsuit or arash, both will have slightly different setup but the key idea is your main DPS will be 100% safe and can be swapped into battle safely.
a. With arash, as long as he doesnt get np sealed, or is fighting lancer mobs, even with the 20% buster down, np down or atk down, with a max foued arash+ mlb IE , he can pretty much still one shot most mobs in the first wave
b. with plug suit, you can just bring in bonus fodder like your lv 1 lu bus with event ce to get bb slotted, and just swap in your main DPS
Each of the setup come with its own flaw of course but unless you are a min-max player who doesnt want to use their lv 10 plugsuit, like i did or dont want to use their bond 10 arash, honestly 3 would be the best setup.
A common setup i noticed is that, even with the current NA servants, they can generally still clear most of the enemy nodes bar the assassin servant and avenger servant nodes.
For the common mobs, if you dont really care about servant bonuses, berserkers should be able to clear the 4-6 enemies in a wave in 3 turn max with buster brave chaining, unlessa they get buster down
a common setup, for F2Ps is usually
arash with mlb ie(or a fodder with event ce), zerk, zerk, a support(whether hans or merlins) ,DPS, 2nd DPS
since zerks have high damage anyways, you can maximise CEs, whether the drop ce or the spawn ce, it doesnt matter
you'll only lose 1-2 space max. in ces.
You have 3 weeks, it honestly isnt worth to bring more than 2 event bonus servant if you can help it
Edit the setup how you see fit depending on what you have and want etc.
DPS servants to look out for and find before ccc
- da vinci, (with her 50% charge, np gain per turn, and decent attack steriod, she's effectively your best bet for a caster dps that can potentially spam her np 2 time unless you either buff stack your passionlip/aoe zerks, or illya nuke your assassin enemies
-drake, tesla and to a certain extent lancertoria are the same as da vinci,
-Gil and Karna would arguably work better than tesla and lancertoria if you are willing to spend more turn to charge their np but they could probably 1 turn nuke their class advantage to the shadow realm.
Important, it is required to 3rd ascend BB during the event
So do NOT, spend any all card exp you buy during the month of may and from the event shop
