In terms of art, he gets better as it goes on. All his girls look very similar.
The combat was ridiculous at many points. I wanted this manga to have interesting fighitng techniques but still within the realm of possibility. Early on we have shit like a guy who can rotate his waist 360 degrees and has two heads sewn on his shoulders, which is ridiculous, although I guess it was ridiculous from the start because of the kessen-chu.
I would've liked to see Rin develop as a character further. She does become a lot more mature but by the end of the manga she is still childish and too reliant on Manji. I expected her to follow the example of that girl with the three point nunchucks and become a lethal unstoppable fighting machine.
The medical arc went on for way too long. It was just Manji getting his limbs and severed over and over again. I wonder if the mangaka just has a big pain fetish. Hes the one who wrote Bradherly's Coach too.
Ending was cute, but a bit underwhelming.
