4. Philosophy (especially Tanaka's)
5. Smart Advises (I believe these exist)
6. Moe overload
7. Shipping
7a. Shiraishi
7b. Yaoi
7c. Yuri
8. Rino complex
9. Self-insert (debatable)
10. Relatability
Those who are not interested in many of the factors mentioned above will think this anime is overrated and those who are interested in at least one of the above will think this anime is underrated.
